Delivery Information

      • Expected delivery time:
      • For Local:
        Unstitched order takes 2-3 working days.
        Stitched order takes 15 working days in stitching completion.
      • For International:
        Unstitched order takes 3-6 working days.
        Stitched order takes 18 working days in stitching completion.
      • Customized stitched order takes 7 days additional.

        • Shipping Charges:
        • o Within Pakistan: Free
        • o Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination.

          • Couriers:
        • o Within Pakistan: TCS (Pvt) Ltd.
        • o Outside Pakistan: DHL

    All stitched orders except for PRET are made to order. The making of the product begins the next business day from when the order is confirmed over call.

    We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address by the courier company.

    For custom stitched orders payment needs to be cleared in advance at the time of order placing

    Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide deliveries in India & Bangladesh.

    Order Tracking

    On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

    Customs and Duties

    Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. JAZMÍN is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

    Customized Stitching

    Customized stitching orders may require additional 7 working days for completion.
